Small checkweigher S-CMC can weigh and detect the capsules and tablets, accurate and quickly eliminate unqualified products by weight, used for off-line weighing in the workshop, especially for capsule filling machine and tablet press machine in the boot debugging stage, final stage (the powder is less), and the grain weight deviation products produced by the instability of filling and tablet pressing equipment in the production process were weighed and detected, eliminate unqualified products, reduce scrape, improve product yield.
Small checkweigher S-CMC can also used for sampling and weighing detection in the production process, which makes it easy to increase the sampling quantity and sampling frequency. The small checkweigher S-CMC can sample the capsules and tablets at one time which produced by the filling and tablet pressing machine for one circle, weighing detection one by one,
counting the weighing situation, and eliminating the unqualified products. The time interval of sampling and weighing can be flexibly set. For example, sampling and weighing every 10 minutes, and S-CMC is 100 times higher than manual sampling, so as to better control the drug weight.
When S-CMC is used as sampling and weighing, manual feeding can be done offline (when the interval is up, the equipment will be automatically reminded by buzzer alarm), or sampling mechanism can be added. When the interval is up, S-CMC can be directly sampled and weighed from the tablet pressing equipment automatically.
S-CMC, as the entry product of Checkweigher CMC, has flexible usage and multiple USES, which increases the practical value of the equipment. It can be used for small batch checkweigher, improve product yield, reduce scrap and save material cost. It can also be used for off-line or online sampling and weighing, monitoring the weight of drug at any time, and stability of capsule filling and tablet press equipment to improve product quality.
